I'm Paula, a Spanish photographer based in Vienna.

I take photographs because I can't seem to stop looking. At people, at spaces, at the small things that somehow tell me something much bigger. And because a girl has to eat, duh.

I'm interested in the contradictions we carry around every day: the funny and the uncomfortable, the staged and the real, the things we perform without noticing. Most of my work starts with a question rather than an answer.

I photograph artists, queer communities, exhibitions, brands, and whoever trusts me enough to point a camera at them.
